This is a family owned company that is very poorly managed. Because of no outside oversight, the family treats employees however they want with no regard for the law. It is very disappointing because they have great employees but the overall treatment of staff, the demeaning things they say about employees and applicants and their lack of professionalism, over shadow any positives. They offer absolutely zero benefits. No medical, dental, life insurance, 401k.
