      New Company vehicle, Training is there and tou get what you put into it. Your on your own and have help from fellow technicians.

      Cons

      Communication, Changes on service locations, put into situations not trained on. Hired for region and let go after 7 months due to no work or cut technicians before sold companie.

      Field service is great and the culture is kind.

      Cons

      Until something is broken and you can't fix it. Watch out for gatekeeping.
