      I love having my own kitchen and the freedom to prepare whatever I desire. I am able to be creative. My employers are very appreciative of my hard work.

      Cons

      When my kitchen closes for the summer or winter breaks at school, I have to find alternative work to supplement my income.

      Good team culture and opportunities for growth within the organization.

      Nonprofit membership association so it is ran by board. These members change each year so the overall leadership style fluctuates.
