You will have a job

•Rude managers •Very low wages •Bare minimum sick pay •extremely overworked especially the weekend team •management all have favourites •even with framework there is no progression •used to have a quarterly pizza day, now it’s once or twice a year. And the weekend time go without •night shift doesn’t work as hard as day shift and they get paid more •huge amounts of samples on the weekend •NOT ENOUGH SICK PAY •if you have kids they don’t try and help you, they expect you to come in regardless, same if your family are ill. •a day shift staff member was run over on the way to work and they didn’t send her home •managers using company cars to pick their friends up from the airport • no work life balance as they only want to hire weekend (Wednesday to Sunday) you can’t book weekend of as so many people want the same days off it becomes a competition •we generate tens of thousands of pounds a day however are paid just above minimum wage.

None maybe pizza days, there are nothing that I can think of.

Unfortunately, there is no growth or development for your career unfortunately, unless if you are the favourites of the management. Seniors are not even trying to help you, so if you have any questions choose to figure out by yourself, otherwise you will be facing with attitudes. They never care about you, it will be always company's benefits and profits. YOU ARE JUST A NAME FOR THEM. They will be always chasing your mistakes and faults, always watch your back. Almost about to forget, you will never be allowed to sit back and relaxed for a moment because your manager will be always coming after you, chasing you or monitoring you every minute, and if you ever cross your mind to have a sit for a moment just because of you are tired of workload, unfortunately you are at the wrong place. You must work 8 hours and stand on our feet. Otherwise, you will be told off. There is no motivation for the team, if they see you that you are at the bad mood, they will not even try to be nice or comfort you. They will never care and will keep asking to work. (That's all they care). If you are looking for an appreciation, do not even dare to choose that company because it is not in their dictionary. Lack of empathy and manners. They will be bragging about their success and achievements but the your salary max will be increased 50 pounds per month. And many more......
