We appreciate your feedback and the time you contributed to Alpha Recon. As an early-stage startup, all of our team members currently contribute on an equity-only basis, with the expectation that compensation will be introduced as we secure additional funding. This model is not a fit for everyone, and we work to be upfront about it during the hiring process. We understand the challenges that come with this structure and continue to pursue the funding needed to evolve into a more traditional compensation model.
