This is one of the better companies I’ve ever worked for. They know what they’re doing, and it’s easy to slip into the culture. 5 stars across the board.

Poor Management - In the 2 years I worked there all three managers I had were brought it from outside the company and had terrible people managing skills and did not do the job themselves which makes it hard for them to help with when it is needed. When the positions were open long time 5+ year CSR team members applied but were told by management that "they were not qualified"
Terrible work life balance - You are forced into one of three time slots and will not get a new time slot until there is a position open. All CSR members have to clock in and out. There is a point system setup that will hurt you if you leave early or come in late for any reason. Any points will hurt your chances of getting raises.
Next to no company culture
A very strong "I do not need to thank you because its your job mentality"
