Best pay plan in the industry I've seen in 12 years You can make from $2500 all the way up to $6k or more in a week. You only work 6 hours a day on the field. The structure is amazing, very organized and is a team environment. Lots of motivation. If you are a go getter you'll enjoy it sooo much. The company is starting so there is ton of space for creativity, initiatives and growth. Also the customers experiences are A+ rated. They are able to write Reviews from their experiences from the first visit, installation and quality call. and even receive free monitoring just for reviewing or referring customers to you.
Cons
Some reps have been in the industry for far too long unfortunately proyecting negative attitudes. But that's no biggie for those strong minded and focused reps.
