Overall I had a good experience here. The people are kind and passionate. I was fortunate to be able to progress my career and felt challenged in a way that I was able to learn a lot and gain new skills.
Cons
Your experience will vary significantly depending on the team you are in and how much power your manager has to be able to advocate for you and your salary (it’s and charity and budgets are tight). In order to reach higher salary bands you will have poor work life balance. The people are the top are dedicated to their work in an almost unhealthy way, in my opinion, putting work above all else and will expect you to do the same if you are going to progress your career.
