General Managet - General Manager Alpha Innova Employee Review

I haven't worked for Alpha Innova for that long but in the short period of time that I have i've been give every opportunity to progress and be helped to do so. The management team make sure you have all the skills and tools that you need to progress in the business and I have learnt a lot in the short time I have been here. So far I have learnt so many skills in business, customer service, sales, marketing and leadership and I know that I will have a very long and successful career with Alpha Innova. I had moved from a similar role where I was promised the world and nothing ever materialised but with this company I know the hard work i put in will most definitely pay off, I have been promoted once already and I really enjoy coming to work every day which not many people can say.

Its a really face paced working environment so you have to be on your toes, but the managers and leaders make sure nobody is ever left behind and its great to have such a positive working environment.

Great progression, amazing opportunity. In my short time (4 months) at Alpha Innova so far, I have already changed as a person in terms of confidence and skillset. I have developed both personal and social skills massively. The nature of the job means you are outside your comfort zone for the first few weeks, but it doesn't take that long to get used to and even enjoy it. This is also when you develop and progress the most.

This really depends on what you're looking for as a career. As many of the reviews here already say, the pay is 100% performance based - commission. This idea definitely scares people who haven't done it before and I completely understand how you feel. But what I found is that if you have a great work ethic, a good attitude, and have ambitious goals, you'll have no problem making money!
