Pros

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting several outstanding individuals, both current and former employees of this organization.

Cons

During my time here, I saw a serious lack of real leadership, collaboration, and mutual trust. Decisions are often reactive and last-minute, made without understanding the realities faced by those who actually do the work. Employee feedback rarely leads to change, and the so-called “anonymous” surveys are not 100% confidential. While leadership often talks about mission and values, those ideals aren’t reflected in daily operations. Instead, there’s a lack of unity and heart. Employees face relentless demands—long hours, even weekend work, and constant pressure—with little regard for well-being or work-life balance. Turnover is high, and people are let go without clear communication or support. The culture is cliquish, not performance-driven. Favoritism and internal politics often outweigh merit. Blame is common, —some roles and teams are protected, others take the fall. Salary: a slightly higher paycheck isn’t worth it. You’ll work far more hours trust me, and when you do the math, you’re actually earning less. It’s just not a fair trade.

Pros

The culture of Unity and Support. We operate as a team working toward shared goals. This kind of environment makes it easier to grow, stay motivated and perform at a high level cause were not doing it alone.

Cons

Fast-paced, high-energy environment can feel demanding.

Pros

The pay is genuinely competitive — that part they got right. Direct deposit hits and suddenly another week feels survivable. Some coworkers are amazing; the people in the trenches with you become a lifeline. I guess the saying is true - misery loves company. Benefits are strong, and if nothing else, this place has made me more resilient.

Cons

How do I leave 0 stars? Leadership loves to preach work-life balance while normalizing 60 hour work weeks and calling burnout “grit.” The “we’re family” culture sounds nice until you’re answering text messages late at night and surviving constant fire drills. To be fair, some field employees seem genuinely happy here. Corporate office employees? Completely different experience. Low morale, unrealistic expectations, and very little trust in leadership. It’s disheartening because we talk about it amongst ourselves but know it will never change. Also, some of these glowing reviews feel suspiciously enthusiastic - because we were told to leave them. I’ll leave that alone. The real reason most people stay? The pay is too good to leave. We hate it here, but apparently not enough to resign.
