In just a short amount of time here, I've grown more as a worker & individual than i did in the last 11 years in the Union. It really is a team/family vision, that is driven on everyone doing their part. Like they say, "Many hands make light work". You're not viewed as "just another number". They are willing to teach, as long as you are willing to learn. Everyone has that Alpha Mentality and growth mindset. Everybody excels in different areas that helps the company succeed and we're able to learn from every individual. They hone in on what your good at, and build off of that foundation. Although it was a big change, i am grateful for taking the chance and fully submerging myself into the new atmosphere. If you have the right mindset and that "Get it done" attitude, you will succeed. Constantly learning and being 1% better everyday. There is always room/ways of growing within the company and that is a plus. As Alpha grows, so will you; both as a worker and individually. Comfortability breeds stagnation, and that is not what Alpha stands on. They require you to get out of your comfort zone to expand, learn, and grow. If you are someone that can be accountable, reliable, and hard working, this is the place for you.
