The clients and the staff are amazing

Upper management is horrible and shady. They don’t deserve their jobs as head as a HUMAN SERVICE organization because it’s requires morals to do so and they obviously have none. They will illegally dismiss you if they don’t like you. They honestly don’t have clue what’s going on with their clients. Constantly getting audited by the government because of unsafe and unhealthy conditions reported through employees.

Alpha House provides meaningful work that directly impacts the community and supports vulnerable individuals. Staff are passionate about the mission, and there are opportunities to collaborate with dedicated teams across shelter, housing, outreach, and administration. The organization continues to grow and evolve, creating opportunities for professional development and learning in a dynamic environment.
