Pros
Some of the people are nice. However, it's the ones who see the company for what it is and try to make the best out of it. These people ultimately end up being your support group once you take off the rose colored glasses and realize that you won't be treated fairly because you aren't part of the "clique." Kirk, Stephanie, Jack, And a few others are the only ones who make this sweat shop bearable.
Cons
No stability. No room for growth unless you make friends with the higher-ups or if you are a cute girl. Lack of knowledge, organization, and managerial skills across the board. There are a select few decent higher ups, however, they let themselves be controlled by the others. You can't blame them, we all need our paycheck. Trust no one, they will turn on you in a heartbeat. Also, your job stability is often reflective of your peers point of view. I would say that this is objective but some of these peers that are in competition for your position. That being said, their review of your performance is still considered "objective."
