People are very helpful in your work as a fresher and they make sure you are doing everything right and always cheer up.
Cons
Since it's medium scale company it's bit uncosy to work at critical time of week like Saturday also you need to tie your shoes and go for job.. but it's everywhere and small group has to grow by working that hard.
