      I worked with some incredibly kind, caring and talented people

      Cons

      No pension payments while I worked there - I had to threaten legal action when I left to get what I was owed No progression - I had to fight for a payrise despite getting a promotion Management don't seem to care about the translators we work with - they don't (can't) pay vendors we work with, and when I raised their concerns for not being paid to see if anything could be done, I was told the freelancer was being 'dramatic'... for being owed £3K+

      Pros

      Project managers are good. They keep in touch all the time, and it's easy to communicate with them.

      Cons

      They want the best translators and offer them huge projects. Their deadlines are crazy but doable. However, when it comes to paying, it's by far the worst company I've worked for. They say they will pay 60 days after they receive the invoice, which is already an extremely long period of time. This is the second and last time I translate for them. The first time, it took them 9 months to pay me! This time, way worse. It's going to be a year next week, and they don't even answer my messages anymore.
