The company is small but this really allows for close and thoughtful relationships within the team. The team truly cares about their clients and that just makes the work itself so meaningful and genuine. The partners really care about the well-being of their employees and are constantly pushing for growth - personally and professionally. The company is always pushing for internal processes and systems to make workflow more efficient and effective. There's so many fun team-building activities too! We are always rewarded after deadlines (and there a few throughout the year!) and it's always a great time. We've gone to high-end spas, all you can eat BBQ steakhouses, and Napa Valley to name a few!

The firm is constantly going through internal transitions to improve their systems, which can be sometimes a learning curve, especially during busy time. But it's absolutely necessary for growth.

Small so a lot need for grown and is probably hard to move up as well. Very picky about who they hire even if you are an all star in accounting
