Pros
Some good experience as far as exposure to working with a multidisciplinary team, can sometimes be flexible with hours depending on your schedule and census, and a good introductory position for behavioral health.
Cons
Constant changing policies/procedures, pi*s poor communication between "leadership" and rest of treatment team, no idea of job security, poor communication/continuum of care amongst all the departments, terrible training or complete lack thereof, high turnover rate, little opportunities for advancement unless you are "in" with the higher ups, EXTREME lack of leadership. I understand this is a startup but this is really ridiculous.
