This establishment hires with reckless abandon, only to cast employees aside when fortunes change. Leadership is immature, ambition outstrips ability, and the culture favours spectacle over substance. Salaries are dispensed with a lamentable lack of punctuality, habitually delayed by a fortnight, leaving employees in a state of unwarranted uncertainty. While an “unlimited holiday policy” exists in theory, it is unevenly granted—some enjoy frequent respites while others hesitate to take leave at all. With such inequity and mismanagement, I cannot, in good conscience, offer a recommendation.
