- Best to learn - Best growth plan - Best recognition - Managers are like Owners - Can never expect re-numeration like this anywhere else (10 times in 5 years of your joining salary) - No firing policy, if you are not good you will be asked to search for a job and untill you get one you will get the same salary what you are signed with.
Cons
I heard some people talking about late working hours, but that is just a part of any firm. If things are critical and important we have to give our inputs to make sure that everything goes as planned. Overall the best one can get to begin with
