Pros
All employees working in Aloha can easily adjust into the toughest of work environment around the globe. If a person can take all the work pressure and instead of crying over it, he/she has the quality of learning from it. This place is heaven. Needs to be very strong mentally.
Cons
They have a bond period of 24 months with no fixed appraisal process. Except few most of the managers are very ill informed and gross. A person who is a swift learner will learn everything in the company very easily and then sit there rusting their skills as they can't go out due to the bond and the managers won't let them grow as this would impact their own position.
