Pros

Extremely flexible schedule, A few good orders, Meet new people, Go all over the island, 50-75% of your time spent is in your personal car, Good potential for a company if properly managed

Cons

Lack of Communication between dispatch and drivers, late deliveries, low and fluctuating pay from $0-20/hour, No reimbursement for fuel/maintenance, Extremely far orders with low tips at times ( i.e. Kaimuki - Pearl City $0-2.00 tip), some orders you are technically loosing money, little to no drivers at times = lots of late orders = 50-100% decrease in tips, Other drivers may be the reason for a loss in tips due to the wide array of work ethic

Pros

Matt the Manager/Owner seems like a friendly guy

Cons

This post is meant to educate potential delivery drivers. While I visited the office, I at no point was employed by Aloha2Go because of the risk involved. APPLICANTS BEWARE: You need to have Commercial Insurance. GEICO Personal Insurance (the insurance you get to drive to work, school, etc.) does not cover you if you get in an accident while driving for Aloha2Go. For those reasons, I decided that it is not worth to drive for Aloha2Go. Matt (the Manager/Owner), will ask for your personal insurance, registration, and safety check, but will not tell you that if you are in an accident while working for him, you are fully liable for ALL costs.
