3yI'm sorry to see this was your experience as it's not factual. Aloft is built on transparency as can be seen in company All Hands, CEO office hours, and the communications that go out regularly. In addition, all employees have access to all data and metrics as well as financials being shared. Leadership has had to make some tough decisions in order to adjust to the market and prove the viability of the company. The difficult decisions were not done lightly and the effect on current and past Alofteans weighs heavy.
