Absolutely no work life balance. 5 weeks of lockdown and we are made to work extra long hours and during all weekends as well. The top management and the HR do not care about the employees. The HR promotes the employees to work on weekends. Especially during the lockdown period, when there are enough stressful things going on, the company shouldn't contribute anymore to their stress, but it seems like they're taking undue advantage of the lockdown and forcing employees to work round the clock with deadlines that surprisingly match the lockdown deadlines. They treat the employees like machines. It is an "emergency situation" for the company every week since they offered us to WFH. It's very hectic and stressful to work in such an environment. The employees or Managers never casually talk amongst eachother. The only conversation that happens, is about work. Don't trust the entire 'Job Description' mentioned in the requirements because most of the work you will end up doing will not be according to what is promised. The work is an absolute dead-end because an employee cannot learn anything with the kind of work that they're given here.
