As a growing company, Employee well-being, and client servicing is of utmost importance to us.
With regard to the extended working hours and working on weekends, when the project is going live and, it is expected from a person who holds the responsibility of the delivery to hold up to the position and do whatever is required to fulfill the demands at the crucial juncture.
Undoubtedly, this pandemic situation has created a time of stress and uncertainty for everyone. We announced Work-from-home for all the employees well in advance even before the government enforced the lockdown.
We have always advised employees not to work on weekends and complete the tasks within the 8 hours of work every day. But due to the nature of the current situation with the lockdown in effect, the process takes more time than usual. team coordination is a big challenge when you are working remotely. it is unavoidable to extend work hours and work on weekends.
We believe that “exceeding expectations” is the new normal rather than extending the work on weekends.
We regret the experience you may have had regarding the work culture. Our intention is to create a win-win situation for both our employees as well as our clients.
