      Great coworkers, good work environment.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, lots of turnaround for management. Sales department push to hard to make sales to meet goals no matter who the client is (good credit or bad). Estimating department makes some crucial mistakes on proposal's but washes their hands once project is awarded.
