Pros
There are many great companies, but Alma stands out mainly because of the company's culture. I feel very fortunate that my life crossed paths with Alma, I am very proud to work for this company (and nobody paid me to write this review— so far!). I am actually writing this review to try empower and encourage others. Those that may not be lucky enough to have such a supportive environment in their workplace and therefore might not ever totally realize their true potential. The reasons for an unsupportive environment could be the result of many instances such as an unsupportive direct manager or a poor business culture within the company. At Alma Lasers, I found a very encouraging and supportive environment; great peers, whom I prefer to call friends, as well as extremely supportive management whom allowed me to gain experience through both my failures and successes.
