So to give someone a little background, Alma Health used to be part of medstaffers. For some fun reading material, google medstaffers lawsuit. Now couple that with the reviews of people saying, recently, that they are dramatically overworked and underpaid via salary. Put two and two together. This company is a hurricane of upheaval and has expanded far faster than they can even remotely compensate for. All the reviews about no training are 100% accurate. Every single person that i met within five minutes felt compelled to tell me about how terrible some other employee is. In the short time I was there I saw two employees let go due to fellow employees coaxing or listening to them come clean about their concerns only to go behind their back and inform upper management to try and get a raise or promotion. Ive honestly never seen anything like it on this scale.
