      Pros

      Working early so you get the whole evening to yourself.

      Cons

      Management could work on effective communication. No H/R for any conflicting issues with upper management. If they don't like you, they will just fire you instead of trying to work out through the conflict.

      Good hours since it is a brunch spot.

      Cons

      Manager pressure was excessive, tips were not distributed equally, salary was close to minimum wage. Could have had a much better experience in other restaurant industry jobs.
