Pros
There have certainly been growing pain and the market is very difficult but upper management including the CEO works hard daily to improve the culture, the experience, and the opportunities at the company. Each person has a different experience and perspective but it’s important to note some of the negative feedback is just untrue.
Cons
Negative energy by some can lead to a challenging work environment. The company still continues to find its way. While it’s getting better there is still areas of improvement like consistent metrics and less change. Let people fail but also let them succeed. By making changes too often it does t allow for us to improve in time.
