Pros
Having worked for one of the three companies that formed Allyant, I have perspective from the past as well as where we are headed. Allyant is far stronger than the previous three companies and financially in a position to make a difference in the industry. Allyant is in a great position to continue to grow as accessibility continues to be a requirement for most organizations.
Cons
Growing pains from merging three companies is always a stressful process, but most of that has been accomplished and the company is becoming process driven as our sales and volumes increase.
