Toxic work environment. Pretty much a start up Toxic work environment. Pretty much a start up, kind of terrible at communicating and are disorganized internally. They can be micromanaging and nit-picky. Morale was also very low. I felt overworked and uncared for. We were constantly told by management that they were open to feedback, but when feedback was provided, it didn’t actually feel like it was received well. Feedback and suggestions seem to offend them, just don’t say anything and keep your head low. They’re like the toxic parent that showers you in presents because they think it’ll keep you happy. It’s nice at first, but not worth it in the long run. This is more of a starting point type of job, as someone else said, if you know your worth, this is not a good fit. This was the most suffocating and excruciating work culture I’d ever been a part of.
