We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Ally Logistics was not a positive one. If a claim of abuse or harassment were brought to our attention, we would always investigate as we do not take that lightly. To the best of our knowledge, this was not in this case.

We work very hard to create a positive, encouraging, and empowering environment, despite being in a fast-paced, challenging industry. Over the last several years, we’ve worked to implement various things to ensure our employees feel supported in many different areas, such as:
- A recently improved handbook with more detailed policies in a variety of areas, including a zero-tolerance policy for harassment
- 3, 6, and 12 month check-ins for employees to discuss their role confidentially with our HR team
- Quarterly reviews for employees to discuss their goals, concerns, and more with their direct supervisor
- A partnership with Boon Health, an external, personalized coaching platform that empowers team members to overcome challenges and reach their goals
- Weekly anonymous shout-outs to build each other up and celebrate wins
The job duties are not always easy, and this industry is not for everyone, and we recognize that.
