Pros

- Reliable Hours - Health Insurance Starts Day 1 - The kids are cute sometimes. - They don't drug test.

Cons

- Low Pay. You'd make more working at Jersey Mikes. - High Strung Staff - Low Support - You will be thrown in the fire and blamed if you get burned - You will have to clean up human feces. - You will get sick at least twice a month. - You will get 30 min unpaid lunch, which is really 25 minutes because you have to wait for relief and then be back before someone else's break. - You are not garaunteed any breaks outside of that. You will get written up if you point out that you're given significantly less break time than others. - They play favorites massively. - Constant schedule changes. - You will get thrown on to work with unfamiliar kids with no support; and then you'll be expected to follow their behavior plan perfectly, despite being given zero time to read them. - Management is borderline incompetent. - You only move up if you get a Master's Degree, and pass a national exam. - They are super quick to write you up. They hire off 1 phone call, cause their turnover rate is so high, and they set themselves up to be able to fire you just as fast. - Everyone is judgmental with ridiculous expectations. - They try to gaslight into doing notes off hours because you're "salary," despite the fact that your pay is based on the amount of hours you work. Please do not fall for this.
