      Pros

      Great CEO. Just a nice guy to work with. Vibe in the office is great. As long as you keep busy and add value, you will do fine here. CEO was super flexible with me, but the position allowed for it as well.

      Cons

      Out of the way if you are coming from Brooklyn or the city. Not a big deal to many, for me it was annoying.

      Very friendly environment, wine Fridays, great technology, great coworkers, marketing director is fabulous, Production manager is awesome, Owner is great

      Kind compassionate management, who really wants a successful team. Patient and supportive as well.

      Sometimes you get the occasional angry customer on the phone.
