Pros
Easy Money! If a few people work hard and the rest don't work at all. The whole company get a bonus check. You can miss a whole week and if your one of managers favorite they will give you a lie to give to their boss.
Cons
They dont care about the workers! Favoritism with people of seniority! No overtime pay for doing overtime! They automatically started taking retirement money out of my check without asking.. the medical package is sky high.. the system states the quality and mini Marana before agents answer but people were fired for pronouncing "an" and not "and" when restating it.. High turn over rate! The management met with me and asked me did I have a hard life? How do you look at someone and determine they had a hard life? Telling me this would be the highest paying job I would ever have? Wow! Asking me do I go to church which has nothing to do with my work ethincs then few weeks after they sent me home for the day for rolling my eyes at another manager saying I was intimidating which is sterotyping and discriminating. My manager asked others on my team about my personal life when he met with them about their own performance. Officially firing me for being sick and having to go to the bathroom to throw up! Petty which shows why there is a high turn over rate at this company.
