      Pros

      the only good thing in this company are the benefits but that's it.

      Cons

      Sucks working times , not flexible , also not with vac. pay rate are really LOW !!!! Management are not really professional. Production site are not safety Employee training is sucks, they give you a work instruction and saying: you will find out , how it works !!!

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Pros

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
