      Pros

      Average Joes are very nice people to work with. Good benefits, about average to area companies.

      Cons

      Cult like atmosphere where the execs are millionaires on private jets and the average folks are starting at $18-$20 per hour.

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Pros

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
