      Excelentes beneficios e alta liquidez pq tem poucos descontos.

      Cons

      Conservadora ao extremo. Totalmente fechada à diversidade. Clima organizacional péssimo. Gestão pelo medo. Manda quem pode e obedece quem tem juízo. RH omisso. Papel do RH é puramente departamento de pessoal. Avaliação de desempenho é pron forme.

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
