Everything...Upper Management must not want this company to succeed. Moral is extremely low because no matter how hard the employees work the company is still in such a financial hole they'll never get out. There is never enough money to order materials so most every order is late. Both customers & vendors have little interest in working with the company because they've been screwed. Employees have had their insurance cancelled without notice from the company & have only found out when someone goes to the Dr. or hospital & has been informed there is no coverage. Every two weeks employees fear their paycheck will bounce. Alltec offers no security & will let people go at the drop of a hat. They talk a great game during the interviews but please, please don't be fooled. Alltec is an evil place to work!
