- No normal shift. Average logout time will be 10.30 PM IST - No personal / family time in evening - No good hike, it will be in single digit (<8 %) - Variable pay < 100 % for on track rating - Org hierarchy is pathetic, local manager will have no power except time sheet and leave approval, onshore manager will control everything - Daily login and logout in workday timesheet just like daily wage worker - Too much work pressure - All indian management except CEO and you will feel like slave - No cup/glass for tea and water - No tissue paper - Every quarter you will see RIF/Firing which will create unhealthy work environment - Almost impossible to do project change on request basis - No team lunch/dinner - No agile, it's date specific release where you will have no option to deny - Bi weekly releases creates more work pressure - Even though you are a backend developer you will be forced to work on UI task in tight deadline - No body cares about person
