      If you feel the level of corruption and absurdity described in TV dramas like Succession or Silicon Valley is your thing, this company offers yet all-surpassing immersive experience package.

      Shell subsidiary for the parent company Spark Education Group with a sham management team, Allschool in US San Mateo is a shell organization begging for someone to pierce its corporate veil and called out the alter egos.

      -Talented and passionate team -Excellent program to work with

      Cons

      -Discrimination against non-Chinese speaking staff -Disorganization- -Low pay for part time teachers -Emphasis is on marketing, leadership and quota -high part time teacher turn over. -not worth it unless you are in a non teaching role -Target audience is not very inclusive - offensive content found in materials
