Remote first, smart people, and some fun programs to work on from time to time
Cons
Company's core biz isn't scalable, too many consultants (vs. people who've actually worked in a corporate growth or startup role), not enough product validation (company only builds ppt decks, not products for customers to test). Sprint weeks are a waste of time and amount to "hustle culture."
