Pros

Initially believed in the company's mission statement to bring back accredibility to the mortgage industry. Recognition is given to "time with the company" and social activities are given to include all employees. If you love data entry and routine, an analyst is for you.

Cons

This company contracts the majority of their employees to mimimize costs. New teams in the DTC location experience micro-managing by having to submit daily reports accounting for every minute of work time....no kidding. Benefits are expensive with huge deductibles. Managers cannot answer one question about the work an Analyst performs nor can offer any support. Clients are promised quality reviews but the training is inadequate and not ongoing.

Pros

Excellent training! Sue Allon made sure that everyone was cross-trained and mastered several job descriptions/titles so that we could excel in the financial industry. We were continuously updated on the latest C.F.P.B. regulations and how to implement them accordingly. Open door policy with all management. Some of my best friends were former colleagues. Paid us very well, great benefits. Excellent company! I would work with Sue Allon any time.

Cons

Unfortunately company was forced to close its doors.

Pros

The pay was great, co workers were friendly, and I felt like I was part of a team. I really liked the company wide meetings that were held once a week, which made it feel like we were a whole group working towards one goal.

Cons

The CEO was friendly and seemed to really value her employees for the most part. Some of the other individuals working beneath her in upper management didn't even know who we were or what project we were working on. I sat idle for 2 weeks or so, with nothing to do, and our team felt a layoff was coming. We were assured that we would hear back from the client regarding more work, but we all felt uneasy. Sure enough, come pay day, we were all laid off. Management was always saying how transparent they were, but I could tell they were hiding something.
