Pros
The old Branch Manager was great and believed in promoting the right person for the job regardless of gender.
Cons
The COO didn't share the same belief, he was more interested in pitting people against each other and finding snitches in each brand rather than promoting team work. He has since left the company, but a lot of damage was done.
