Problematic - Anonymous employee Allkinds Employee Review

The worst, most toxic environment I have EVER worked in. The corporate side were really hostile and aggressive and I think that filtered down to floor staff who were led & perhaps encouraged to be nasty to other staff members. There was not enough staff rostered when needed and too many when not. Also couldn’t work overtime in order to rearrange the VM when needed, had to be done in store hours (which is unprofessional) or close the store earlier. The pay is quite low and they don’t pay correctly for staff doing level 3 duties, or they only pay some of them correctly but not others
