      No Pros only cons comes to mind when you think of the place

      Cons

      come join and live the worst phase of your career. frequent requirement changes with no written proof. salary comes once in 2 months. can't put your point on anything

      being a startup lot of learning is there and CTO is very supportive.

      Cons

      less salary , that to not on time , no weekends , forgot about incentives .
