      Toxic colleagues, management and environment Working hours very long Everyday need to work until 10pm but no ot claim Everyone is selfish here Boss only choose to be friendly with the pretty staff

      Free water and Colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      The middle layer here is in a tough spot: full accountability, zero authority, because micromanagement from the top is too heavy. That’s why all the good people are leaving — leadership cannot get aligned. On top of that, office politics are very bad, benefits are weak, and the team is just burnt out every day.
