      Pros

      Colleagues are nice and friendly within the finance department. More Malaysians and Chinese nationals than Singaporeans, but they are a nice bunch, so good to work with.

      Cons

      Micro-management by lady boss, typical chinese culture of only saying things that she wants to hear, alot of politics in-between departments. No inter-department trust at all. Meetings with the management is always after office hours, because lady boss is too busy in the day doing sales.

      Free water and Colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      The middle layer here is in a tough spot: full accountability, zero authority, because micromanagement from the top is too heavy. That’s why all the good people are leaving — leadership cannot get aligned. On top of that, office politics are very bad, benefits are weak, and the team is just burnt out every day.
