- You are basically “your own boss” on how you run your shift and help patients, self-management in a way - Laidback, easygoing on overnight shifts
Cons
- VERY cliquey - there are times where you will feel “othered” - Management forcing our floor to take patients that aren’t fit for our facility which can result in violence - Dismissive of LGBTQIA+ patients - Staff favoritism on assignments - Management doesn’t know what they want for 1:1 assignments or floating for Mental Health Coordinators
