The lack of support from my supervisor has led to a high turnover, leaving my area understaffed. It's clear that people leave bad leadership, not bad jobs. Despite the lack of action, I have taken a stand for my well-being and resigned. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial for a healthier work environment.
